Returns for online orders can be processed in store or requested via email within 15 days of delivery. Please email BeautyCoSB@gmail.com with feedback and reason for a return. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
